Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At SINOWAY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, we want you to be completely satisfied with our sourcing services. This policy explains how you can cancel a service or request a refund, and the circumstances under which refunds are available.

2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

You may cancel a service and receive a full refund within 14 days of booking, provided no work has commenced. If work has already started (for example, supplier outreach or inspection scheduling), we will refund the portion of the fee corresponding to work not yet performed.

3. Free Rescheduling

For scheduled consultations or inspections, you may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we confirm cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not available for services that have been fully delivered (such as completed inspection reports or confirmed supplier introductions). This does not affect your statutory rights.
