We provide product sourcing, supplier verification, quality inspection and logistics coordination services for businesses worldwide. Service descriptions, deliverables and fees are listed on our Services page and may be updated from time to time.
Service requests are accepted only after we have confirmed scope and issued a written quotation or invoice. All fees are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £). Payment terms will be specified on the invoice.
You may cancel a service within 14 days of booking, provided work has not yet commenced. For consultations or inspections that have already been scheduled, you may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time. Please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
We deliver reports, introductions and coordination support electronically or by agreed communication channels. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to supplier response times, customs processes or other factors outside our control.
We maintain appropriate professional liability insurance. Our total liability to you in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the total amount paid for that engagement. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us by email or phone. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and provide a full response within 10 business days.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
